One coupled loop: the Greenlight Loop™ Platform + the TapeLayer™ machine
Four software modules — Data → Library → Design → Digital Twin — turn datasheets into cited, provenance-carrying data and requirement targets into ply-by-ply build plans with explicit confidence. The TapeLayer™ — a sealed, automated, continuous-fiber machine at the customer’s, client’s, or owner’s site, never ours — executes the build and records everything it did. The as-made result returns to the customer’s own library, and the loop closes.

Data that cannot leave the machine that made it
Every build tunes the machine that made it: a raw digital twin is calibrated to one machine’s sensors and behavior, so it doesn’t transfer to anyone else’s hardware — while the network learns priors that make every new machine calibrate faster. The dataset compounds per machine and only on Greenlight machines. Add the inventor-founder and the two sole-inventor NASA patents, and the position is one a fast follower can’t copy by shipping a similar gantry.
